2 -60 minute-follow up sessions with Dr. Amanda Helman
4- 15 minute monthly check-in after the package is completed
Weekly Resource Sheet aligned with the individually selected coaching topic. .
Action and goal mapping organizer to continue focused goal-planning and shifts in mindset.
Emotional barriers will be identified and addressed to help shift clients into alignment with who they are and what they plan within a month.
